1. Information we collect

Email address and password (stored only as an irreversible hash — nobody, including us, can recover the original)
Nickname, year of birth, occupation (optional), self-introduction, and the area you live or work in
For casts: rate, profile text, and public tags

Information generated by using the Service

Message content, gift history, and posts
Booking details (date and time, area, duration, party size, amount) and status
Point credit and debit history
Sign-in times and IP addresses

The Service does not accept photo uploads. Every profile image is an illustration generated automatically from an identifier.

2. Why we use it

To provide the Service, verify identity, and maintain authentication
To complete bookings, settle points, and pay casts
To verify age and prevent use by people under 18
To detect and act on breaches of the Terms, fraud, and impersonation
To respond to enquiries and reports
To investigate faults and improve quality

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except:

where required by law;
where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and obtaining consent is difficult;
where we receive a formal enquiry from an investigative authority under law.

Between Users, only information published as part of a profile and information shown to the other party in a conversation (nickname, icon, messages and the like) is shared. Email addresses are never disclosed to other Users.

4. External services

We may use external providers to operate the Service. Those currently used are:

Hosting: Hugging Face, Inc. (United States)
Payments: to be completed (where a payment agent is used, we do not hold credit card numbers)
Analytics: not used at present

5. Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. It is used for authentication only and not for advertising tracking. No third-party advertising trackers are installed.

6. Retention

We keep the information we collect only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for any period required by law. If you close your account, we suspend it and delete the email address, but keep transaction records for the period required for accounting and tax.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS.
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes.
Access rights are limited to the minimum necessary.

8. Requesting disclosure, correction or deletion

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your own personal information held by us. Contact us at the address below; we will verify your identity and respond in accordance with the law.
